2016 July 29: Thanks for all additions! Please include the following info in new album titles so I'll be able to figure out where they should go when moved. If you have an idea of which section would be best, please say. jane

1. Date

2. Your name

3. Some clues as to what you included: ACJ, Ziegfeld, Corrections, etc.

We used an ACJ photo for our book, "Ziegfeld and His Follies," slated for release on June 5, 2015. We're not sure who the lady is in the photo. Here's a link to our site telling more about our book. It has 80 photos in it and is 600 pages. We think anyone who loves all things ZF will like it! https://www.facebook.com/cynthiaandsara
And here's the link to it on amazon.com: http://www.amazon.com/Ziegfeld-His-Follies-Biography-Broadways/dp/081316088X/ref=sr_1_3?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1423575528&sr=1-3&keywords=ziegfeld

Due to increase in spam bots I'm trying to turn off comments for Guests. Hopefully I didn't turn off comments for all. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Can one of you who is registered but not an Admin (no Admin link on left nav bar) try leaving a comment when logged in? And without logging in also? If you can leave a comment here and let me know if one or both worked that would be very helpful.

    Thanks,
    jane

@ otto : This is stunning info, Otto, thank you! Wow, what a story. So the pdf lists all photos that were seized? If that's the case, it does look like the ACJ photos came from the ACJ Estate auctions (from subject of photos and names).

These photos and lots are definitely from the first ACJ NEA auction. Looks like maybe the "Mysterious Man in Blue" who was buying up all the photos and lots was involved in this scheme (?) Would be super to find out and to find out what will be done with the seized items.

    Thanks, so interesting!

    Best,
    jane
